Last night i wore my old work trousers... and all i can say is OH MY GOD! i could of got nearly another person down there! Fair enough if they were like size 0 i could of probably got someone in there with me haha Ive lost 6 inches off my waist.. thats nuts to me.
I went for my occupational health interview today for nursing... i didnt think they were going to let me in! My bmi is 36 and it needs to be 35... so they've stuck me on a weightloss management clinic and want me to lose 8lb by July this will be easy peasy to do.. just need to put time in at the gym!
